New "Older Sibling - New Baby" workshop. 2 & 1/2 hour workshop that can be provided at your centre (Northern Sydney area) at a time to suit you.
Content includes: Understanding your older child's feelings, stage of development and reactions to the new baby, strategies to help juggle the requiremnts of 2 children and manage the older child's behaviour, accessing community services and networks.

New Service: Northcott EarlyStart Diagnosis Support (NEDS)
NEDS is a brand new and innovative early intervention family support service offering Information and Referral, Group Work or Family Support.
Eligible families have a child under six with a developmental concern. This can either be a child who has received a diagnosis of disability in the past six months, a child who is currently undergoing diagnostic assessment, or a child whose development is of some concern to the family even if no assessment is yet underway.
We can assist families to navigate the mainstream and disability services systems, offer home visiting, and assist families to develop parenting strategies which will meet their child's needs. We offer both emotional and practical support, and are currently establishing a range of group options, from CALD support groups to practical workshops centred on play skills and information seminars about how to access respite funding.

A 6 week music group for children under 3 years. It is a fun, hands on singing and music session for children and their parents. This group leaves you with a sense that you have shared something special with your child. Facilitated by a trained musician.
