Family Wellness - Survival Skills for the family.

Is an interactive Family Education workshop aiming to promote and eqip families by developing survival skills for the entire family. All family members (children over 8yrs)are encouraged to attend. Parents and children/teenagers will develop practical skills in communication and problem solving. Build self esteem and self confidence and develop strategies for effective discipline. Family Wellness aims to promote and equip families by develping survival skills for members of the family (8yrs and older). This program is interactive using roleplays, coaching and group activities. Our first series for this year meets at 4.15 and kicks off at 4.30- 6.15 with a break for refreshments. Starts on Wed March 3rd,
