Newpin - intensive parenting program.

Newpin is a unique support network for carers of young children living in the St marys area. We welcome carers/parents who are main carers of AT least one child under five. It is an intensive parenting program that offers a therapeutic centre-based support program for mothers and their children. A friendly loungeroom where tea and coffee are available free of charge. A playroom which is run by trained play therapist and accessible to parents and their children at all times. A Newpin personal development program which includes * Workshop in parent/child relationships *Opportunities for creative play with your children * A chance to get more understanding about important life issues. Newpin also offers A parent support group that meets once a week throughout the duration of your involvement in Newpin. This group will give you space to share experiences with other parents in a safe, supportive environment while your child is cared for in the playroom. At your request Tracie or Marie will come visit you for a chat. This will help you decide whether you want to become a Newpin member.
