Frequently Asked Questions
How do I add a logo to my event listing?
Adding your logo to your event listing helps people recognise who you are. The picture below shows what a correctly added logo looks like.

To add your logo, it must be either .jpg or .gif. These are file formats that are specific to images. Jpg format is best for logos that use photos and/or gradients. Gif format is best for logos that are lines and flat colour.
You should be able to access a suitable format from your graphic designer or whoever created your logo.
Unsuitable formats (i.e. won't work) include Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx extension), Adobe PDF (.pdf extension), Microsoft Powerpoint (.ppt extension), Microsoft Excel (.xls extension).
Your logo file must:
- be no larger than 100kb
- no wider than 200 pixels
- be either jpg or gif
If your logo file is too large in either file size or image width, you can use an online resource such as www.fixpicture.org to make it smaller.
If you are unable to source your logo in either jpg or gif format you can follow the steps below to create one yourself from a Word document, PDF document or similar. This assumes that you are using a PC.
- Open the document that contains your logo

- Press the Print Screen button (often abbreviated Prt Scr, Print Scrn, Prt Scn, Prt Sc, Prt Scrn, or Prnt Scrn) on your keyboard. It looks like this:

- Launch the Paint program and select Paste from the Edit menu.

- Select the Crop tool from the Image menu and use it to draw a box around your logo.

- Select Crop from the Image menu again to 'cut out' your logo.

- Select Save As from the File menu and save your logo to your computer. You can then use an online resource as per above (www.fixpicture.org) to get it to the right size.
